  We only live about 1 mile from Highpoint, so it's the most convenient of local places to order dinner from. However, I've given them too many chances and I believe we will travel the extra distance to eat somewhere in town Knox from now on. The American food is good. The Asian food is good. The quality of food is not the issue, but the competence of the workers is. EVERY time we have placed an order here, they've gotten it wrong. We call and place an order for pick up, and take it home to eat because jot all of their waitresses should be waitresses, and it's not worth the stress. So first time I can recall ordering, it was just condiments on a sandwich they had messed up. The second time they forgot our deep fried mushrooms. The third time, they forgot a whole sub. This final time, I was told on the phone to pick up in about 20 minutes. Which is expected. I go up in 25 minutes, and sit waiting for my order for another 25 minutes. The owner (whom is a very nice woman) brings my food out and apologizes about the wait. I say "that's okay" or something, and check to make sure all of my order is there. What I should have done was look a little closer. When I hit home, I did not get the pita bread that comes with the salad I ordered, I did not get the extra French dressing I asked and paid for, and my husband didn't get ranch on his sub like he asked for. Usually, I will drive back to the restaraunt, kindly explain the mix up, and wait patiently as they correct it. This time I did not. I'm tired of it. They can't get it together and I'm done eating here.

  Food was not that great. Service was pretty crappy also I will never eat there again. Would not recommend to anyone...
